I spent years climbing the corporate ladder, doing everything “right”, until I found myself burnt out, questioning my identity, and wondering why success looked so different up close. Once I learned how to align ambition with strategic leadership, clear boundaries, and a way of working that actually supports success, everything changed.

And now, I help women do the same.
Without the burnout. Without the politics. Without selling their souls.

Unlike traditional leadership courses, which offer generic guidance, or networking groups where advice can be hit or miss, The Bold Leaders Inner Circle is an intimate coaching experience designed specifically for millennial women in mid-career. 

We blend targeted leadership coaching (from a qualified and accredited global coach), personal mentorship, and practical resources with a small, curated group of professional career women who genuinely understand your challenges. You’re not just learning leadership strategies that sit in your journal and collect dust, you’re getting tailored, actionable support that fits into your already full life.
Yes! Many participants have had their program fees covered by their employer’s professional development or training budget. If your workplace offers funding for leadership development, coaching, or career and professional advancement, there’s a very strong case to be made for reimbursement.  Here’s a free downloadable email template and business case attachment that you can use to get you started!

The Inner Circle is built on an application basis following a free clarity call with Claire that you can book HERE. 

This ensures that every member receives the right personalised attention and is a fit for the inner circle. Once accepted into the program and payment has been received, your onboarding begins, and you’ll be guided through the next steps to set you up for success.

We know our community is global, so live sessions are scheduled at times to try and accommodate multiple time zones. Each 90-minute hot seat coaching call is recorded, so if you can’t attend live, you’ll still have access to all the insights. If you have specific concerns about time zones, let us know, and we’ll do our best to ensure you can make the most of the program, no matter where you’re located.

This program is application-based, which means we work hard to ensure it’s the right fit for you before you join. Because of this, we do not offer refunds once the program begins.
