This tool allows participant/s to receive anonymous feedback from a variety of stakeholders across the organisation on their current impact and effectiveness. Participants also complete a self-assessment.

A DISC Advanced self assessment survey.

This tool enables participants to gain valuable insights into their strengths, opportunities, communication styles and core motivators. This can be beneficial for new teams learning how to work best together, or new leaders who may not yet be ready for the deep dive of the LSI process.
