6 x 1-hour coaching sessions tailored to your individual or team goals.
Alignment meetings with key managers to ensure coaching outcomes align with organisational needs.
Options to integrate diagnostic tools like 360 surveys or DISC assessments for deeper insights and enhanced return on impact (ROI).

There is an opportunity to integrate one of two diagnostic tools into the coaching program to aid in the development of deeper self awareness and outcomes.

Life Styles Inventory (LSI) by Human Synergisitcs.

This tool allows participant/s to receive anonymous feedback from a variety of stakeholders across the organisation on their current impact and effectiveness. Participants also complete a self-assessment on the same survey.

option 2

A DISC Advanced Self Assessment survey.

This tool enables participants to gain valuable insights into their strengths, opportunities, communication styles and core motivators. This can be beneficial for new teams learning how to work best together, or new leaders who may not yet be ready for the deep dive of the LSI process.

How big does a team need to be for this coaching program?

There’s no set minimum or maximum. Coaching can be tailored for individual leaders, small leadership teams, or larger groups depending on your organisation’s needs. If you're unsure what would work best, we can discuss the right approach based on your team size and goals.

Can team coaching sessions be longer than one hour?

Yes. While one-hour sessions are ideal for focused conversations and sustained momentum, some teams benefit from longer deep-dive sessions. We can extend coaching to 90 minutes, half-day intensives, or structured retreats depending on the complexity of your challenges and desired outcomes.

Do we have to use a diagnostic tool?

Not at all. Diagnostic tools like LSI and DISC are available to enhance self-awareness and leadership impact, but they’re optional. If your team would benefit from structured feedback and deeper insights, these tools can be a valuable addition, but coaching is still highly effective without them.

How is team coaching different from leadership training?

Leadership training often focuses on specific skill application, whereas coaching is practical, personalised, and directly applied to your team’s real-time challenges. Coaching ensures ongoing accountability, self-reflection, and targeted action. It helps teams break through roadblocks in real time, improve collaboration, and develop strategies that stick.

Can coaching be combined with a broader strategy day or team-building session?

Absolutely. Many organisations integrate coaching with strategy sessions or team-building days to reinforce leadership skills, align on goals, and strengthen team dynamics. Coaching provides a structured space for reflection, accountability, and deeper discussion, making it a powerful addition to any offsite or planning session. We can design a format that ensures your team leaves with clear actions and stronger alignment.
