Playback sessions - closing the loop on learning is so important for follow through, so all of our multi-month leadership programs incorporate a play-back session where participants share their leadership story and their key learnings to organisational sponsors and SLT.

Yes. While the full series delivers the most impact, each module can also be run as a stand-alone workshop or tailored to meet your organisation’s needs. Whether you need a one-off session or a more intensive format, we can customise the delivery to suit your team.
Both The Growth Academy and Leadership Unlocked are typically delivered across six modules over several months. However, we can adapt the timeframe, from a three-day intensive to a three-month sprint or a full six-month journey. If you're looking for a one-off session, that can be arranged too.
A Playback Session is a key part of our multi-month programs where participants share their leadership journey and key learnings with senior leaders. This not only reinforces learning but also helps organisations identify and develop future leaders by providing real insights into participants' growth, mindset shifts, and ability to apply leadership skills in real time. It builds succession planning pipelines by giving decision-makers a clear view of who is stepping up and how they are evolving. In addition to the playback session referenced above, one of the most effective ways to embed learning is by having internal leaders present their own leadership journey. This increases vulnerability, normalises growth, and creates a culture where leadership development is valued and visible. When senior leaders openly share their challenges and lessons, it fosters psychological safety and encourages others to step up. Other impactful strategies also include reverse mentoring, where junior employees coach senior leaders, career vision boarding, and past participant panels.
Yes. While in-person sessions create deeper engagement, we can run workshops virtually or in a hybrid model to suit your team’s needs.
