Engage, Develop and Retain your Female Talent with our proven Career Accelerator and Female Sponsorship Program

For Organisations committed to diversity, equity and inclusion, but facing challenges like:
Successfully hiring talented women but losing them before they reach senior leadership.
A glaring gap in the pipeline from middle management to the C-suite.
Women feeling overlooked for promotions or sidelined from critical projects.
A missing link between the strategy ‘in plan’ and the strategy ‘in practice’ - AKA the real female experience on the frontline.
The solution:

Help your female leaders to thrive by providing the skills, space, and sponsorship they need to grow and succeed through this game-changing and proven program.

What is involved for Participants:

  • Targeted workshops focused on building clarity and self-advocacy, increasing business acumen, and navigating workplace challenges that are often unique to women.
  • Coaching and mentoring guidance designed to increase understanding and create a 'safe space' for women to share, grow and rise.
  • Sponsorship from key organisational allies to increase visibility, impact, and influence.

Benefits for the Organisation:

  • A stronger, more diverse pipeline of leaders ready to step into senior roles.
  • Increased retention of high-potential women leaders (and fewer dreaded exit interviews).
  • A culture that visibly champions inclusion and sets you apart as an employer of choice.
  • Greater exposure of the women in your workplace to organisational sponsors capable of providing ongoing support and opportunities.

How it works
Hands on, immersive career accelerator and self leadership program for aspiring and emerging female leaders.

Built upon the Claire's signature Leadership Growth Academy framework, but with targeted content and conversations tailored to best support the unique challenges that the women in your workplace face.

As part of this targeted approach, a playback session is incorporated for your Senior Leadership Team and internal Male Allies and sponsors. This includes a facilitated conversation on how they can practically continue to support and drive stronger inclusion within your organisation for women. Additionally, structured career plans that leverage sponsorship opportunities post the program are developed with each participant to ensure meaningful opportunities are provided.

Imagine the impact you can drive in your organisational culture through a genuine demonstration of commitment to closing the gender leadership gap?  A commitment backed with action to ensure your female leaders feel heard, seen and valued.

Women are underrepresented in key decision-making roles across almost all industries in the Australian workforce. The global picture isn't any better.
While women make up half of the employees in the 2020-21 WGEA dataset (51%), women comprise only:

19.4% of CEOs
32.5% of key management positions
