Genuine care and concern for workplace teams and relationships might sound simple, and yet it is something we all know we need more of and probably need to be DOING more of too. It is what employees truly require from their employers. Caring entails being able to truly listen to others and be willing to hear what everyone on the team has to say around what they need and what they believe.
